Cloud & Infrastructure Services Responsibilities
A day in the life of an Infoscion

Network architecture and optimizationDevelop and implement strategies to optimize network performance, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resource allocation.

Good understanding of scalable, hybrid (cloud and on-prem) network architectures that meet organizational needs while applying to best practices and compliance standards.

Utilize monitoring tools to track network performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports on capacity utilization and demand forecasts.

Capacity Demand PlanningWork with forecasting team to analyze current network usage and trends to forecast future capacity needs, ensuring alignment with business growth and service requirements.

CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including compute, storage, data and network platform engineering, Global Network infrastructure, Capacity & Efficiency Engineering, and multiple external vendors to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.

DocumentationMaintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, capacity plans, and architectural designs.

Available to troubleshoot network capacity issues and implement solutions to improve reliability and optimize performance.

4 to 5 years as an architect with over 14+ years in IT, focusing on infrastructure platforms as well as cloud IaaS solutions.

Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud computing and networking technologies, including hands-on AWS design, solution and implementation experience.If you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you!
Additional Responsibilities:

Proven experience in network engineering, cloud infrastructure, and capacity planning

Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).

Experience with network capacity demand planning principles and best practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Relevant certifications AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (CCIE, or equivalent are a plus).
Technical and Professional :

Deep knowledge of cloud platform security features, such as AWS IAM, Active Directory, AWS Guard Duty, security groups, and encryption services.

Proficiency in implementing cloud security frameworks and managing compliance requirements.

Strong hands-on experience with cloud front, landing zone building, establishing and controlling communication between different landing zone.

Expertise with AWS clous services AWS CloudWatch, EC2, AWS Managed VPN, VPC, EC2 & AWS Direct Connect, AWS Private link, AWS Elastic Load balancer, AWS Network Firewalls, Route 53, AWS Lambda

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud environments, Terraforms.
