This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 11 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Enterprise Business Development Leader to partner closely with the leadership team and engage with some of the largest global organizations. In this high-impact role, you will help clients understand the value of cutting-edge technology solutions and guide them through the process of signing commercial contracts. You will be the face of the organization in building strong, long-term relationships from the ground up, while also driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. Candidates with a successful background in consultative enterprise sales, C-level relationship management, SaaS/cloud solution deployments, and agility in a fast-paced environment will thrive and grow into leadership roles within the organization. Requirements Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, product demos, ABM campaigns, client evaluations, proposal submissions, contract negotiation, revenue generation, and receivables. Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors. Understand and assess client needs on an ongoing basis and convert those into signed enterprise contracts aligned with sales targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across business development, marketing, technology, and finance to ensure timely and effective solution delivery. Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to refine sales and marketing strategies. Deliver an exceptional client experience and embody a get-things-done attitude to contribute to overall organizational success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field from a top-tier institution. 10+ years of experience in enterprise business development or sales within the technology sector. Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 80% across regions to manage a wide portfolio of client accounts. Proficiency in system integration discussions, requirement gathering, RFP/RFI documentation, proposal development, and project coordination across teams. Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools is a strong advantage. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. A confident, proactive personality with strong organizational and decision-making capabilities, and a track record of achieving quota-based sales goals.
