This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8-15 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time We are looking for a skilled and creative UI Developer to join our agile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web pages for a cloud-based customer experience platform. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, QA managers, and customer success teams to deliver seamless and engaging user interfaces. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design and structure web pages to provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience informs design choices. Develop new features that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Maintain a balance between functionality and visual aesthetics. Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal performance on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. Write clean, reusable code for scalable and maintainable web applications. Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and scalability. Use various markup languages efficiently to build web interfaces. Ensure brand consistency across all UI elements and design implementations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular. Experience in creating responsive and adaptive web designs. Familiarity with SEO best practices as they relate to UI/UX development. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an agile environment. 5 to 7 years of professional experience in UI development.
