Job Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. Manage complete employee life cycle: From seamless onboarding to eventual departure. Human Resource Management: Efficient oversight of employees deployed across multiple sites across India, including management of attendance, rented accommodations, and timely renewal of site-specific statutory requirements such as labor licenses. Compliance and Policy Management: Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and formulation and implementation of internal company policies. Asset and Vendor management: Oversee the issuance, tracking, and return of company assets (e.g., laptops, ID cards, mobile devices, vehicles etc) for new hires and exiting employees across different departments and locations. Along with managing HR related vendor relationships. Engagement and Retention: Design and implement innovative programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Performance Management: Plan and execute performance review process, setting clear benchmarks and guiding managers to foster productivity and accountability. Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in human resources Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Compensation CTC : 8-9LPA, based on experience and qualifications. Job Description: Company: Avaids Technovators Pvt Ltd Job Title : Logistics Coordinator– EPC Projects Department : Logistics / Supply Chain Working location: Delhi Joining Date : As soon as possible We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our growing logistics operations. This role is critical to the success of our EPC projects, ensuring timely and compliant movement of materials across international and domestic locations. Key Responsibilities: Support domestic and international logistics planning and coordination for shipment of project materials and equipment. Handle documentation such as invoices, packing lists, GRN, and customs forms. Track shipments and update internal teams regarding delivery timelines. Generate documents for logistics movements. Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and project/site teams. Maintain records and reports for logistics audits and compliance. Work closely with procurement to ensure timely material movement. Coordinate company’s ground, air and sea freight operations. Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarders, CHA, Transporters for Freight Negotiations & Customs Clearance activities daily. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience in Supply Chain or evidence of exceptional ability Working experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management. Experience in export/import and familiarity with Incoterms, whole logistic chain process and shipping regulations is a plus. Proficient in MS Excel/google sheets and ERP Strong coordination and communication skills 2~3 Years experience in logistics operations is a must. Knowledge of documentation requirements for logistics operations. High accuracy in handling documentation and compliance matters. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English. Other regional languages are an advantage.
