Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and competitive models.
Presenting vehicles, offering test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales deals.
Maintaining customer databases, processing paperwork, and coordinating with finance departments for loan applications.
Participating in events and promotions to attract new customers.
Working with sales teams and other departments to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Continuously learning about new products, market trends, and sales techniques.
