Automation Service Engineer

As an Automation Service Engineer, you will be responsible for testing, installation, and commissioning of systems involving electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components. Your expertise in Control Panels, PLCS, VFDs, Servos, and Vision systems will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of automation solutions for new and existing manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include installing, testing, and commissioning automation solutions, ensuring thorough testing of components and maintaining testing reports, troubleshooting challenges to ensure system efficiency, diagnosing and resolving automation system issues to minimize downtime, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of automation solutions, handling installation, commissioning, and programming of PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo systems, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining daily documentation of installations, providing field service support to customers, managing customer queries during project installations, and training operators and maintenance staff. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron), proficiency in PLC and HMI systems, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, experience in programming and commissioning of Industrial Automation, familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.), excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills, and be hardworking, convincing, presentable, and skilled in social marketing.
