Job Responsibilities : Perform mechanical assembly work based on engineering drawings and instructions. Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and welding operations as per requirement. Operate basic fabrication tools and machines safely and effectively. Inspect and ensure component quality and fitment during the assembly process. Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical components. Follow standard safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve assembly efficiency and accuracy. Key Skills Required : Hands-on experience in drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, welding , and mechanical fitting. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams. Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety protocols in a workshop environment. Strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset. Good physical stamina and ability to work on shop floors. Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Fitter Trade or equivalent. As an Automation Service Engineer , you will be responsible for testing, installation and commissioning of the systems that involve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components. This role will require expertise in Control Panels, PLCS, VFDs, Servos, and Vision systems. Key Responsibilities : lnstall, test, and commission automation solutions for new and existing manufacturing processes. Ensure testing of components and maintain testing reports Troubleshooting of the challenges faced in smooth operation of system Diagnose and resolve automation system issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions. Handle installation, commissioning, and programming of PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo systems Ensure timely project completion and maintain daily documentation of installation Provide service support to the customer on field Manage customer queries during project installation Train operators and maintenance staff on Ensure testing of components and maintain testing reports Requirements and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. 1.5 + years of hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta,0mron). Proficiency in PLC, HMI systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Relevant experience in programming and commissioning of Industrial Automation Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.). Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
