Automation Anywhere Support Lead

You have 7-12 years of experience and are located in Greater Noida. As an Automation Anywhere Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and enhancing RPA solutions. Your expertise in Automation Anywhere and RPA is crucial, along with strong documentation skills and leadership qualities in client and team interactions. Your role will involve ensuring seamless automation processes, high system uptime, and continuous improvements. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing Automation Anywhere RPA bots, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting processes, sharing best practices, handling client interactions for issue resolution, and leading and mentoring support teams for effective RPA operations. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA360, Document Automation), strong troubleshooting, bot architecture, and scripting skills, knowledge of SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation frameworks. Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills are essential, and Automation Anywhere certifications are preferred.,
