Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize Automation Anywhere RPA bots.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve automation efficiency.
- Document processes and share best practices.
- Handle client interactions, ensuring smooth issue resolution.
- Lead and mentor support teams for effective RPA operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA360, Document Automation).
- Strong troubleshooting, bot architecture, and scripting skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Automation Anywhere certifications preferred.
