Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with gold loan applications.
Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to RBI guidelines and company policies.
Perform appraisals of gold ornaments to determine their value for loan purposes.
Identify and mitigate operational risks within the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in auditing, risk assessment, or a similar field.
Strong understanding of Gold Appraiser roles and responsibilities.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies).
Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments using various tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
