Audit / Account Assistant

Clout Business Network Limited is seeking experienced and proactive candidates with a strong working knowledge of Tally for our Auditing and Chartered Accountancy division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing finance, accounts, statutory compliance, and regulatory matters related to taxation and company law. This role demands analytical ability and hands-on experience in dealing with department officials and solving practical business registration or compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Handle day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, and finalisation of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Direct & Indirect Tax regulations such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Advise on tax-saving strategies and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Interpret and apply Company Law and Labour Laws in business contexts.
• Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for business registration, licensing, and issue resolutions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and filing for audits and inspections.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or auditing environment.
• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good understanding of taxation laws, labour codes, and corporate compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet department officers and handle compliance visits.
