Role & responsibilities : Exhibition & Post-Event Coordination Manage participation in exhibitions, including planning, logistics, and lead collection. Maintain and update contact databases post-event. Coordinate with the marketing team to send follow-up communication (e.g., thank-you emails, newsletters) to attendees and leads. ISO Audit Support Prepare required documentation and checklists for ISO audits. Attend audits and ensure timely submission of all requested materials in coordination with relevant departments. Enquiry & Design Data Monitoring Daily tracking and collection of pending sales enquiries from the Pre-Sales team. Coordinate with the Design Studio for design data and ensure accurate and timely sharing with management. Sales KPI & Weekly Call Coordination Collect and consolidate weekly KPI data from the sales team. Schedule and organize weekly sales calls, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared. Sales Review Participation Be an active participant in all sales review meetings. Prepare supporting reports, presentations, or insights as needed. Sales Team Support & Coordination Serve as the point of contact for sales personnel needing support from the Head Office. Coordinate cross-functional support as required (HR, IT, Admin, etc.). Marketing Collateral Management Create or coordinate the preparation of marketing documents, including business cards, thank-you mailers, presentations, and promotional materials. Track and replenish marketing assets for the sales team. Salesforce CRM Administration Manage end-to-end Salesforce CRM tasks including data entry, user support, system customization, and analysis for process improvements. Ensure CRM data integrity and timely updates. Sales Reporting Generate and distribute daily and weekly sales reports based on data from Salesforce or direct team inputs. Provide data insights to aid decision-making and forecast planning. Project Coordination Support Liaise with Project Managers to clarify project-related issues raised by the sales team. Ensure smooth transition and communication from sales to execution teams. "Projects Today" Monitoring Maintain complete accountability of daily project statuses and follow-up requirements. Track live projects and ensure they are reflected accurately in reports. Training & Onboarding Conduct or coordinate Salesforce and sales process training for new joiners, including both sales and non-sales team members. Maintain training documentation and update it periodically. Attendance & Visit Monitoring Review and consolidate team attendance and sales visit data. Flag inconsistencies and prepare reports for management review. Order Process Management Oversee the complete process from Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) to Sales Order (SO) booking. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) Process Management Schedule and manage internal KOMs for newly acquired projects. Ensure all stakeholders are informed, aligned, and necessary documentation is prepared. Preferred candidate profile Experinece 2- 5 Years Any Graduate
