Key Responsibilities: Assist the Centre Head in day-to-day coordination and administration Communicate effectively with parents, addressing queries and updates Plan and help organize school events, celebrations Conduct fun and engaging art and craft sessions with children Ensure implementation of safety and hygiene protocols Create a nurturing, engaging, and age-appropriate classroom environment Plan and deliver lessons through stories, art, music, play, and interactive learning Encourage emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development Maintain daily records of children’s progress and communicate with parents Participate in events, celebrations, and school initiatives Ensure child safety and well-being at all time What are we looking for A warm, cheerful, and patient personality who enjoys working with young children and their parents Relevant experience or qualification in Early Childhood Education preferred A natural people-person who is approachable, organised and proactive Ability to assist in day-to-day co-ordination and support the team with smooth school operations Eligibility: · Strong command over English and a love for working with children is a must · NTT\Montessori qualification with a Graduation from any field · Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team · 1 year experience in preschool or creative roles preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
