Position: Asst. Manager - DesignDesign knowledge on structural and sheet metal components and an experience in Solid Works/Solid Edge (either of the two), CAD/CAM, and engineering principles.Specific Responsibilities include.Drive a result-oriented culture and an inclusive climate that enables the team to excel in delivering customer value. Technical leadership experience in designing sheet metal components and structural products like monopoles, plastics/FRP with an understanding of their manufacturing etc.Manage the team and align with the Organizations purpose, vision, strategy, and current year's programs and deliverables. Good Communication skills to engage with internal and external customers.Experience in conversion from customer requirement to conceptual stage and further towards commercialization (production)Drive continuous improvement (6 Sigma Sponsor), identify, and develop employees for current and future roles. Ensure the team delivers on all its product commitments (time, quality, and cost) and actively governs through goals and metrics.Build a team. Keeps them motivated, draws their career growth path and challenges them time and again.Required Qualification B.E.
