Our services within the Risk Assurance practice cover the entire risk & controls spectrum across Internal Audit, Governance, Risk & Controls, Contract & Compliance, Data analytics etc. Technical Skills Experience in Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts & methodology Processes, Subprocesses, and Activities as well as their relationship Must be proficient in MS Office Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/ IFC Reviews, SOP s Internal control concepts (e.g., Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Risk Assessment; Antifraud Controls; etc.) Soft Skills Clarity of thought, articulation, and expression Takes ownership, sincere and focused on execution Confident and good verbal communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
