We are seeking driven and creative individuals to join our YouTube team for the positions of Associate YTM Management and Associate YTM Operations. These roles provide an exciting opportunity to be part of the forefront of digital content creation and platform growth. As an Associate YTM Management, you will be responsible for content creation and channel growth on YouTube and Instagram. Your tasks will include managing and expanding channels end-to-end, editing short-form videos using mobile apps such as CapCut, Alight Motion, and VN, creating posters and visual content with tools like Canva and CapCut, generating innovative and high-performing content ideas, as well as monitoring channel analytics and performance reports. It is essential to stay updated on platform trends, viral content formats, and audience behavior. As an Associate YTM Operations, your role will focus on execution, coordination, and performance monitoring. You will work on managing and growing YouTube and Instagram channels, editing videos, creating visual content, brainstorming engaging content ideas, and analyzing channel performance. Proficiency in mobile editing and design apps like CapCut, Alight Motion, VN, and Canva is required for both positions. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in managing or supporting YouTube/Instagram accounts, proficiency in mobile editing and design apps, the ability to generate creative hooks, captions, and visuals independently, an understanding of thumbnails, titles, platform algorithms, and audience trends, as well as awareness of trending audio, memes, storytelling formats, and digital engagement tactics.
