Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls related to travel bookings and customer inquiries
  
• Assess and evaluate cases for potential sanctions risks
  
• Communicate resolutions effectively and professionally
  
• Maintain accurate case documentation and follow escalation procedures if required
  
• Work with multiple tools/systems while handling customer queries
  
• Deliver timely and high-quality support with a focus on customer satisfaction
  
• Understand and meet performance KPIs and deadlines
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal communication in English
  
• Passion for travel and basic travel industry knowledge
  
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
  
• Typing speed of 35 WPM (Test Verified)
  
• Quick learner and receptive to feedback
  
• Analytical mindset with logical thinking and attention to detail
  
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  
• Basic knowledge of internet tools, ISP functions, chat/email support
  
• Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Required)
  
• Graduate (Preferred)
  
• Fresher or candidates with 6 months 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, or travel domain
  
• Must have a stable internet connection and WFH setup
