Job Title: Junior .NET Developer (0-1 Year Experience)Location: Baner, Pune Job Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Technology / Software DevelopmentKey Responsibilities: * Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web and desktop applications using the .NET framework. * Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. * Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Razor. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. * Support and maintain existing applications; fix bugs and provide enhancements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 0 to 1 year of experience in software development using .NET technologies (internships or academic projects count). * Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles. * Experience or academic exposure to C#, ASP.NET (MVC or Core), and SQL Server. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and client-side development. * Familiarity with version control systems like Git. * Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.Nice to Have: * Exposure to Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API. * Knowledge of RESTful API integration. * Experience with any front-end framework (Angular, React) is a plus. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.What We Offer: * Mentorship and training from experienced developers. * Opportunity to work on live projects from the ground up. * Friendly, collaborative, and innovative work environment. * Competitive salary and benefits.
