Associate Research Specialist

As a candidate for this position, you will be required to possess a Bachelors and/or master's degree in Chemical/Advanced materials/Chemistry/Polymer science/metallurgy or any chemical & material related fields. With 1-2 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the clients" requirements and evaluating their feasibility. Your responsibilities will include preparing proposals for clients, ensuring seamless execution, and efficient project management. Your main tasks will involve developing effective search strategies to guarantee comprehensive research findings, managing the research process, and delivering critical information that influences the research, development, and business performance of our clients. You will be expected to analyze and summarize search results, conduct patent and scientific literature searches across various databases, and communicate proficiently to address clients" queries. Additionally, you will need to extract and evaluate search data and results, map the information, and create executive summaries and charts for report formation. It will be your responsibility to conduct a quality check on the final deliverables and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability. To excel in this role, you must have strong technical and interpersonal skills. Understanding clients" requirements, developing effective search strategies, managing research processes, and effectively communicating with clients are key components of this position. Your ability to extract, evaluate, and summarize search data, as well as preparing executive summaries and charts, will be crucial in delivering high-quality reports to clients.
