About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Engineering team as an

Associate QA Engineer

. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by actively contributing to manual and automated testing efforts. This position offers hands-on experience with enterprise applications, exposure to Agile practices, and a strong foundation for a career in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regresson, and integration testing
Identify, document, and track software defects using test management tools
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality standards are met
Contribute to test automation and backend validation efforts
Analyze logs and APIs to troubleshoot and verify backend workflows
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Required Skills:

Good understanding of software testing principles and lifecycle
Exposure to SQL and backend validation techniques
Familiarity with test case creation, bug tracking, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
Willingness to learn automation tools and scripting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Graduated in 2024 or graduating in 2025)
Internship or academic project experience in QA or development is a plus
