Associate Production Coordinator

Support the game development or art/animation team by coordinating schedules, tracking assets, and facilitating cross-discipline communication. Provide production support tailored to the gaming pipeline, ensuring milestones are met for pre-prod, development, or live service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules for core production, coordinating tasks across teams.
• Act as liaison between development, QA, audio, animation, and external partners to share updates, assets, and timeline changes.
• Attend stand-ups and production meetings; track and distribute action items and minutes.
• Troubleshoot or escalate issues related to production bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain and organize production documentation: asset trackers, wikis, dashboards, internal pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3-4+ years in production coordination, assistant, or live-ops support roles within video games, film, TV, or similar.
• Gaming industry experience is required—especially with live games or on a published title.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize and distribute meeting info and updates.
• Proactive problem-solving; able to foresee issues and act swiftly or escalate appropriately.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adjusting schedules—occasionally across time zones.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and comfortable handling large datasets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
