Job Description

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Power Platform solutions with a focus on Offline capabilities and Desktop Flows. Analyze and troubleshoot complex Power Apps and Power Automate issues across a multi-app ecosystem. Collaborate with business users, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose robust, scalable architecture. Design and implement Power Automate Desktop Flows (RPA) and Cloud Flows integrating with various systems and databases. Build and enhance Canvas and Model-driven Apps with offline functionality and optimized performance. Ensure security, performance, and usability standards are met across the solutions. Mentor and guide development teams on Power Platform best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in Microsoft ecosystem with 4+ years in Power Platform. Proven expertise in Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop Flows). Strong hands-on experience with Offline-capable Power Apps (Canvas Apps in particular). Deep knowledge of Power Platform architecture, connectors, Dataverse, and licensing models. Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, REST APIs, etc Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Ability to document architecture, troubleshoot flows, and recommend design improvements. Mandatory Skills: Power Platform - Power Apps/Power Automate/Power Pages
