Position description:

To assist in project construction phase and operate & maintain utilities post project stabilization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • To assist project and construction team to install plant utilities in project scope.
• • To stabilize, operate and maintain utilities after completion of project.
• • Co-ordinate with OEMs and internal vendor for civil foundation, installation, Performance trial, Stabilization, Spare part management of all OSBL utilities.
• • To ensure all vendors follow safety norms set by an organization so that there will be zero incident during project execution and post stabilization phase. To carry TBT, To identify unsafe condition
• • To assist Utility Manager to implement EHS systems procedures and practices as per ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 & Responsible Care Management System.
• • To co-ordinate with Utility Manager to ensure compliance of legal and other requirements through Compliance Management System as well as assessment & evaluation procedures
• • To furnish required technical input to develop PM Module for all utilities. To prepare AS-IS and TO-BE report containing details such as equipment technical specifications, criticality of equipmen
• • To co-ordinate with Sr. Manager Mechanical to prepare annual R&M Budget at equipment level, develop monitoring & control mechanism to ensure actual expenses limit within plan budget.
• • To initiate various energy conservation initiatives to optimize consumption of utilities such as steam, water, electricity, effluent and R&M expenses.
• • To add-on automation initiatives time to time to eliminate/minimize manual intervention in equipment operation & maintenance with the help of IOT, DCS control, Electronic monitoring devices etc.
• • Implementation of PSM system and check effectiveness of the same
• • To furnish required inputs to develop training module to upgrade technical, safety, financial effectiveness of down-line.
• • To assist Utility Manager to develop SOPs of equipment operation and Maintenance, 5S Plan, Mechanical integrity & Reliability Plan.
• • Preparation of MIS and Reports of Utility department.
• • To monitor and control project budget WBS element-wise.
• • To plan, monitor and control R&M Budget.
• • To assist in Liaisoning with the local statutory authorities such as DISH, CCOE, MPCB, IBR and maintain good Rapport
• • Provide technical inputs for conducting audits, Inspection and risk assessment studies such as HAZOP, work place risk assessments
• • Identification of Manpower required and deploy them accordingly
