Architect with 6 to 13 years of experience.
1. Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders internal and external and track drawing deliverables and maintain timelines
2. Organise weekly site meetings between consultants
3. Assist in closing the initial stages of the project - concept and schematic design
4. Take full ownership in DD and VFC stages of the project
5. Work with landscape, ID, MEP and structure to close different stages of the project
6. Assist CM, DCO, other internal stake holders with all data required
7. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
8. Knowledge of REVIT/ BIM is an advantage
9. Good design skills
10. Sketching and aesthetic sense is an advantage
11. Composed temperament to function under pressure and deliver
12. Good communication skills to present to seniors and management
13. Technical knowledge of high rise construction
14. Knowledge of bye laws and basics of RERA, FSI and liaison
