As an Associate Instructional Designer at AAFT Online in Noida, you will be an integral part of our e-learning team, responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. With 1-2 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to simplify complex ideas and enhance the overall learning journey for our audience. Your main responsibilities will include designing interactive learning experiences and storyboards using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Articulate, or any other preferred software. You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Production Team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality instructional content. We are looking for someone who can bring creative and innovative ideas to the table, translating them into visually appealing and interactive learning materials. A strong team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and hands-on approach will excel in this role. Additionally, having knowledge of instructional pedagogy, especially for higher education audiences, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be beneficial.
