To support this mission, we are seeking a talented individual for the role of Technology Delivery Management, which could vary based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and performance. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience and will be based in Mumbai, working from the office. The candidate will play a crucial role in building a technology platform at PHI that is cloud-native, microservices-oriented, and aligned with the health insurance domain. This platform will consist of multiple applications supporting various business functions, which are closely integrated and well-orchestrated. The candidate will be responsible for delivering technology artifacts to stakeholders promptly, ensuring high quality, and bridging any gaps in requirements effectively. The Technology Delivery Manager will work closely with different business areas - Customer, Distribution, and Core - to deliver solutions tailored to their specific needs. The responsibilities include understanding the long-term architectural direction, converting business requirements into low-level solution designs, planning technology delivery, preparing detailed design specifications, ensuring implementation of defined solutions, and leading governance forums. The ideal candidate should have experience in health insurance product companies, IT services companies with a health insurance vertical, or health insurance ecosystem vendors. They should also have proven experience as a technology delivery leader with 8-18 years of overall experience. Strong collaboration skills and proficiency in tools like Confluence, Jira, and MS Project are essential. Personal traits such as leadership, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, innovation, attention to detail, independence, and organizational skills are also critical for this role. Education-wise, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent, along with relevant certifications, is preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must for this role.
