Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at ATA Law Partners & Associates, located in Jaipur. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing strategic advisory services to clients. Other tasks include representing clients in court, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients. The role requires a detailed-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Corporate Law
• Experience in legal research, preparation, and filing of legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Membership in the Bar Council of India
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
• Prior-experience of 2-3 years is a must.

Retainership Fees

• Based on the candidate's skills, with a fee range of Rs. 7,00,000 to Rs. 10,00,000 per annum.
