Assoc. Dir. DDIT APD CE Architect

The Associate Director, Technical Design and Architect is responsible for effectively translating business requirements into IT solution design specifications within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and flexible. In this role, you will create and lead solution designs for internal customers, assist in scoping requirements to align with business needs, and evaluate project feasibility. Additionally, you will participate in global/regional requirement gathering workshops, review detailed designs, and ensure adherence to solution architecture design and security policies. You will collaborate with internal customer groups to make informed decisions and oversee deployments alongside Project Managers and Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a business/technical area or equivalent, at least 8 years of experience in solution design or business analysis, and a proven track record in managing large multi-team projects. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team are essential.
