Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President-AI Architect/Solution Architect!

Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technology Leader to drive AI-led innovation and strategic technology discussions at the highest executive levels (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO). This role demands a visionary leader who can shape enterprise AI strategy, influence stakeholders, and guide organizations through transformative journeys leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and next-generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO) to shape AI and technology transformation strategies.
- Lead enterprise-wide AI thought leadership, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and drive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and innovation priorities.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, executive briefings, and key customer engagements.
- Partner with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate vision into executable initiatives.
- Identify AI-driven growth opportunities and drive executive buy-in for pilot and scale initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of AI strategists, architects, and engineers.
- Lead enterprise education on AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor&rsquos/Master&rsquos degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.

Experience:
- Strong Technologist with a background in End to End Solutioning/Architecting experience.
- Experience in executive-level advisory roles, engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Hands-on leadership in AI/ML initiatives, including Generative AI, Agentic AI and Conversational AI.
- Experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills for C-level conversations.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies: Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Conversational AI, ML Ops.
- Deep understanding of one of the Business/Domain expertise- fore.g. Retail, FS, CPG, Life Science, HealthCare.
- Strategic thinking and ability to articulate AI&rsquos business impact in boardroom settings.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience in designing AI-enabled enterprise architectures and data strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services offered.
- Understanding of data platforms, APIs, integration strategies, and agent-based architectures.
- Knowledge of modern software engineering practices (microservices, APIs, DevOps).
- Exposure to industry-specific AI applications (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Public speaking experience at conferences, webinars, or industry forums.
- MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.
