Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to provide lead feedback and stay updated on local real estate trends. To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in real estate. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented will be key to your success. Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus, and having your own conveyance is preferred.
