Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

    Identify, engage, and convert new B2B customers including institutional buyers, retail chains, HORECA clients, and sustainability-driven brands.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:

    Actively generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, exhibitions, and inbound queries.
  • Sales Presentations:

    Deliver impactful product presentations and packaging samples both online and on-site.
  • Channel Partner Management:

    Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks across India.
  • Order Management:

    Coordinate quotation, order processing, and delivery tracking with the operations team.
  • Payments & Collections:

    Ensure timely follow-ups for invoices and support the finance team in achieving collection targets.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    Maintain updated records on Zoho CRM, manage sales pipeline, and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Gather competitive insights and contribute to pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B sales experience (FMCG, Packaging, Horeca, or Sustainability-related sectors preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset for forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales metrics
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelors degree (Engineering, Business, or equivalent)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in

    selling to hotels, corporates, institutions, or export clients

  • Exposure to eco-friendly or packaging products is a

    plus

  • Knowledge of certifications like TUV, BPI, ABA, or CPCB is advantageous
