Eligibility (As per UGC Regulations):

Master s degree in the relevant discipline (Psychology, Liberal Arts) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR, or similar accredited test (SLET/SET).
OR
PhD degree awarded in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 (as amended), in which case NET/SLET/SET is not required.
Good academic record, Global experience/ Exposure and ability to use Ai teaching and learning as defined by the university.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in the relevant discipline.
Engage in curriculum development and innovative pedagogy.
Guide and mentor students in academic, co-curricular, and research activities.
Participate in departmental and university activities, including seminars, workshops, and outreach.
Contribute to research and publication in reputed journals as decided by the University.
Undertake administrative duties as assigned.

Desirable:

Evidence of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Experience in using technology-enabled teaching methods.
Participation in seminars/conferences/workshops.
