Assistant Marketing Manager

The Assistant Manager Marketing (OEM) is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies that drive demand for OEM products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and supply chain, the role aims to promote the company's products and enhance its brand presence in the market. The key responsibilities include strategic leadership to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, business development initiatives, client acquisition and retention efforts, achieving sales targets, managing proposals and tenders, leading and mentoring teams, overseeing agency relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring competitive intelligence. Additionally, the role involves engaging in digital marketing activities, monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement, adhering to compliance and industry standards, as well as managing budgets efficiently. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in senior marketing roles, particularly focusing on export and international markets.
