Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder collaboration, employer branding, compliance management, and data-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.
Engage passive candidates via headhunting and networking.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring needs.
Strengthen employer branding through strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS dashboards to track hiring performance.
Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

MBA (Full-time) with 5+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
Experience in HR analytics and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
