Job Description

Role & responsibilities strategic sales plans targeting both domestic and international markets to achieve revenue goals and expand market share Preferred candidate profile Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape in both export and domestic segments. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring effective relationship management and deal negotiations. Establish and nurture relationships with key domestic and international clients, agents, and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Coordinate export documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and compliance to ensure smooth international transactions. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and corrective actions to optimize results. Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, maintaining consistent branding and maximizing ROI. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing strategic insights and identifying new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, planning, finance, and logistics to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product features, industry trends, and export procedures.
