AME Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical)

Scores

Min. 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years

5-7 years in aviation; if the last employer is an unscheduled airline- 6-8 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

Scheduled Maintenance Planning

  1. Reviewing of Daily Work Package for Scheduled Maintenance of fleet.
  2. Timely release of Information of preliminary major tasks which are planned on Indigo fleet to Line Maintenance during night.
  3. Ensuring routing & planning of Rectification of Critical Snags, Critical MELs in Coordination with LMD/MCC.
  4. Ensure effective planning of Reduced BSI plans provided for NEO & CEO A/Cs.
  5. Planning of next days BMD activities & timely intimation to all stakeholders for necessary Preloading of spares & required positioning of A/Cs.
  6. Planning of pre C-Check induction in coordination with C-Check team & team leader of C-Check.
  7. Ensuring compliance of ongoing SBs/ADs/SILs/VSBs.
  8. Ensuring daily requirement of scheduled maintenance tasks on A/Cs are met every night in order to cater the requirement of whole fleet.
  9. Ensures timely release of Induction/Pre Lease return Work packages for timely preloading of required spares.
  10. Ensures timely completion of Latest NAVDATA on entire fleet.
  11. Ensuring closure of work orders and reporting back of scheduled tasks in AMOS.
  12. Coordinating with LMD and Stores for ensuring availability of man-power and material for maintenance.
  13. Continuous monitoring of Maintenance Forecast in AMOS for timely & effective planning of all maintenance events coming due on A/Cs.
  14. Ensuring spare availability and including MCC W/O in work packages as and when aircraft is specifically routed for MEL/CDL clearance.
  15. Monitoring and planning of TCI units falling due for replacement in upcoming months.
  16. Preparation of Biweekly Maintenance Plan for A320/A321 & ATR Fleet.
  17. Providing details of material to be pre-loaded to Warehouse for daily work package.

Routing:

  1. Tracking upcoming schedule changes that involves time change/call sign change/rotation changes.
  2. Updating day to day schedule changes due NOTAM and other operation reasons.
  3. Tracking/Implementation/cross checking of cancellations due Fog/crew/other operation reasons.
  4. Ensure layover time available for all rotations in summer/winter schedule, if not take it up with commercial to cater it.
  5. Ensure releasing information regarding new flights/ new rotation/new upcoming night halt stations to concerned teams.
  6. Monitoring of positioning flights for new rotations.
  7. Coordination with commercial and flight ops for A/c requirement on different International sectors.
  8. Monitoring of several routing constraints.
  9. Coordination with LMD for closure of Audit-Points closure.
  10. Coordination with crew planning to increase effectivity of crew planning by taking swaps in rotations to cater crew pairing requirements.
  11. A/c on low flying monitoring.
  12. Implementing day to day cancellation taken by OCC/commercial due operation reasons into routing and cross checking cancellations/time changes for base mis-match.
  13. Preparation and releasing of NEO EVENTS in coordination with QATS.
  14. Preparation of Seven days Templates.
  15. Rules/requirements for schedule Rotations to be implemented in schedule in coordination with commercial and crew planning.
  16. Information release for new flights to LMD & concerned SICs.
  17. Rotation requirements for Crew scheduling.
  18. Rules for routing Software.
  19. Coordination for software with IT.
  20. Validating new rotation and option to merge it
  21. Continuous change in Night halt pattern.
  22. Coordination for Novation Deal.
  23. Coordination for lessor inspection.
  24. Coordination with commercial for 186 seater rotations.
  25. Tracking rotations after engine change.
  26. C-check positioning monitoring.
  27. Roster management to cater sufficient manpower availability during Day and night shift.
  28. Post C-Check inspection monitoring and planning
  29. Implementation of Day to Day cancellation.
  30. Providing feasibilities to Notam/Aeroshow planning to commercial.
  31. Coordination for Custom clearance of Aircraft to and from International Terminal.
