The role is based in Guwahati, Assam, but will expedite our operational delivery across all of our markets. In all of our Product and Marketing activities we focus on standing out from the crowd and delivering innovation. We are looking for an individual who has the required passion, skill and experience across all areas of Operations, but just as important, who can deliver excellent results in a fast changing and business environment.Job Description :Making quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customersArranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.Communicating with suppliers & service providersAnswering Calls both In-bound and Out-boundFollow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.Keeping track on documentation, payments.Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service Follow the set SLA and guidelinesMeet the set target Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Travel Operations: 1 year (Required) Travel planning: 1 year (Required) Client Handling: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/08/2025
