Role & responsibilities:

Familiar in Injection Moulding Process
Familiar in ERP and SAP Knowledge such as (BOM)
Familiar in IMDS Preparation
Good knowledge in CATIA Design
Good knowledge in design review with initial project
Excellent knowledge in Mold Tool correction
Familia in APQP Process
Development related Audit Handling
RFQ and Costing Review for new project and process validation
Must Knows the process of painting & Pad Printing
Generate Ideas through bench marking & proto types to make improvements
Responsible for preparing ISIR,APQP,PFD,FMEA,SPC,CP,Documents
Monitoring customer ECN Changes & ES/MS testing plan according to drawing & Standard.
Localization Project RM Brought out Components
Localization New Mold Development
Supplier process audit and process Improvement during Development Stage.

Required Qualifications:

CATIA
Plastic Injection Moulding Experience
ERP Knowledge
Diploma/BE Mechanical
