We are seeking to hire an AM - HRBP who will partners with leadership across business units to lead people initiatives, build workforce capabilities, and drive employee experience on the ground. Beyond core HRBP responsibilities, youll also drive special projects aimed at improving process efficiency and compliance in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end HRBP support for business units Lead a small team of HRBPs, driving performance, compliance, and proactive people interventions. Drive core HR processes: performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and grievance handling. Manage SLAs, vendor relationships, and optimize processes using data and metrics. Represent the region in ethical, integrity, or industrial relations issues in partnership with ER. Be the custodian of Employee NPS and UPL metrics. Your Profile : Experience: 13 years as HRBP in e-commerce/retail/logistics/FMCG sectors People Management: Must have led reportees for 2+ years Education: MBA in HR or equivalent preferred Skills: High ownership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to travel
