Assistant Manager - Fitout Projects

You will be joining iKeva Venture and Knowledge Advisory Services Private Limited as an Assistant Manager to oversee fit-out projects in Hyderabad. Your role will involve managing project management tasks, site supervision, and coordination with service providers to ensure smooth project execution. Your qualifications and skills should include knowledge and experience in monitoring the execution of Civil and interior works, project management expertise to ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule, electrical wiring competence, proficiency in site supervision to ensure safety compliance, ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, familiarity with HVAC systems, experience in office workstation installation, and knowledge of fire and safety systems installation in commercial buildings. As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing project activities from planning to execution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet project requirements, supervising the installation of electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and office workstations, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, reviewing AutoCAD drawings for civil and interior works, monitoring project progress and providing updates to senior management, addressing and resolving project issues promptly, and managing the scheduling and delivery of project components for timely completion.,
