Key Responsibilities:

Understand the operations for ecommerce business model
Responsible for order processing on ecommerce portal
Work closely with support functions to drive regular business and manage operations with support of external partners inventory management / logistics Supply chain/ marketing
Dive deep ability to understand e-com operational challenges.
Work closely with e- commerce players which are working on indirect model to manage inventory across the product range
Plan and co- ordinate with internal supply chain teams to streamline purchase orders and stock management to ensure 100% fill rate and order fulfilment
Streamline processes and co- ordinate with external partners to ensure timely deliveries and stock management
Backend support for product listings, quality control and seller management
Regular Inventory management across all channels and products range to ensure selection availability Manage Days of Inventory
Sale days planning for inventory and marketing and ensure delivery of assets on time for the campaigns
Shall be responsible for maintain & updating MIS related to operational activities, Production, sales, and client database management
