Assistant Manager - Client Relations

As an Assistant Manager - Client Relations, you will be responsible for taking ownership of end-to-end delivery for corporate clients assigned to you. Your primary focus will be on building and growing key account relationships by assisting them in hiring and engaging students from various parts of the country through our technology, expertise, and network. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with clients for all campus-related activities, developing strong client relationships, devising effective plans for each client, ensuring systematic execution of delivery processes to meet corporate requirements, handling renewals of existing corporate clients, and enhancing your understanding of campus hiring scenarios to assist corporate clients in meeting their needs. To excel in this role, you should have over 2 years of experience in Corporate Account Management. Additionally, desired qualifications and traits include strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to easily connect with people and build relationships, a knack for understanding client problems and proposing suitable solutions, maturity to handle stress and demanding client requirements, as well as being self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, quick-thinking, and goal-driven.
