Job Summary:

Candidates with 2+ years of experience in industries such as electrical, electronics, civil, mechanical, biotech, production, medical, footwear, chemical, textile, pulp and paper, food technology, automobile, sports, cosmetics, construction and any other.

Job Responsibilities:

• User Acquisition: Drive user traffic by driving content SEO, onboard sellers to achieve planned targets
• Business Development: Ensure best brands, SMEs, vendors, suppliers from across the country are onboarded on marketplace
• Competitive Quality Catalogs: Drive to acquire good quality catalogs with accurate product prices & specifications, high quality images and hottest seller products
• Matchmaking: Ensure best quality categorization to achieve best quality matchmaking between buyer and seller
• Customer Experience: Capture and resolve customer pain points. Create solutions and liaison with various cross functional teams to resolve customer pain points
• Operational Efficiency: Work across operations, part time associates, cross functional teams, product management department to ensure a smooth and fast functioning to achieve targets in given time period
• Engagement: Working with the customer acquisition and engagement team to define a charter for engagement to improve monetization
