ASSISTANT HR CONSULTANT

LOCATION

BENGALURU

Description

We at UIDAI, are looking for a qualified HR Consultant to join our Bangalore office. The incumbent will coordinate and assist in implementing varied HR Programs and functions alongside HR team and Senior HR Consultant. He/ She will help out in recruitment & training initiatives as well as implement HR best practices at the Bangalore Tech Centre.

Educational Qualifications Requirements

  • Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in personnel Management (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years duration in personnel Management / HRM

Work Experience

4+ Years in Resource Management/Hiring/Recruitment/Training etc

Job Profile/Duties

1.

1.1. Conducting Employee Satisfaction & Feedback Surveys and report needful information to address immediate concerns and grievances

1.2. Setting up a HR helpdesk

1.3. Provide necessary support to the admin division related to HR functions.

1.4. A curious and growth-oriented mindset to think innovatively and rationally about challenges/ issues and recommend creative, tactical and practical solutions.

2.

2.1. Coordinating the day-to-day HR Operations and Internal Communications.

2.2. Working knowledge in HR Analytics, Metrics and data collection

3.

3.1. Working closely with BU Heads & Hiring Managers, creating JDs, sourcing & attracting talent, negotiating offers and ensuring a great candidate experience.

3.2. Recruitment related work & maintaining of linked in profiles, Publishing profiles in largest job and recruiting sites like Glassdoor, ambitionBox etc. Complete Maintenance of blogs & HR related in public media etc.

3.3. Creating a seamless on-boarding and induction experience for new-joiners

3.4. Coordinating with external agencies and partner organizations for the recruitment process of interns, employees, volunteers etc.

4.1.Support in establishing and maintaining a robust HR system, controls, procedures, policies and HR guidelines at the Tech Centre.

4.2.A proactive attitude and a passion for working with integrity

5.

5.1. Framing Learning & Development Plans across the Tech Centre

5.2. Employee Engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture that fosters innovation, collaboration and high performance

6.

6.1. Implementing strategic talent management practices, which includes identifying high-potential employees, creating development opportunities, and implementing succession planning.

6.2. Nurturing and retaining top talent, ensuring a strong and capable workforce.

7.

7.1. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

7.2. Coordinate and conduct team level and 1:1 discussions

7.3. Ability to provide Presentations related to HR function

7.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7.5. Awareness of latest technological advancements in the HR Domain.

8.

8.1. Recognise and motivate employees for better enhancement of the performance.

9.

9.1. Work closely with Management and Employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

10.

10.1. Work closely with leadership and collaborate with other functions of HR for ensuring readiness to fulfil hiring based on Companies rapid expansion plans.

11.

11.1. Provide proper safety training for employees and create safe workplace environment which enhances the productivity.

12.

12.1. Involve proactively in promoting mental and physical well-being at workplace.
