Job Description

Job Title:

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure service excellence across outlets.
Work closely with the General Manager and departmental heads for efficient hotel operations.
Drive guest satisfaction, manage cost control, and ensure profitability.
Monitor food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with statutory norms.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations and F&B team to deliver consistent service.
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and performance improvement.

Candidate Profile:

Currently working as
Operations Manager
or
Food & Beverage Manager
with a reputed hotel chain.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations with a focus on F&B.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in
Kannada
and
Tulu
will be a strong advantage.
Passionate about guest experience and hospitality innovation.
