Oversee all administrative functions including office maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
Implement administrative systems, processes, and best practices. Supervise and coordinate work of administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation. Manage facility services including housekeeping, security, utilities, and office infrastructure. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Maintain and manage administrative budgets, expenses, and cost-efficiency plans. Liaise with external agencies, service providers and contractors. Support event planning, meetings, and corporate communication logistics.
