Job Description

1. Prepare of project wise Google Account Sheet, Stage wise Updation of payments received from the clients and Generation of Invoice accordingly. 2. GST, TDS calculation and preparation of relevant files and sent to CA for further processing. 3. All online payments through banks for Vendor Payments and Salary disbursement. Disbursement of cash payment through cash voucher as required including documentation and follow-up for office maintenance. 4. Collaborate with CA to generate final ledger for parties. 5. Checking of fund availability and payment received with the bank accounts and timely update to the management. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal (Preferred) Work Location: In person
