Job Description

Assessment Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

Provide support for major components of
test development, test administration, and test scoring and results reporting
(e.g., test materials review conferences, content validation surveys, field tests, test preparation resources).
Prepare logistics for, coordinate, and may facilitate
external stakeholder conferences
(e.g., test materials review conferences).
Conduct internal meetings and workshops; may deliver
online presentations
.
Guide, review, and maintain
quality control on all major project products
(e.g., reports, tests).
Adjust current processes, when appropriate, to
improve the delivery, coordination, or quality of contract deliverables
.
Perform other project support activities as required.

Required Experience

Successful experience working on a
project team
.
Demonstrated
communication skills and technical writing
abilities.
Proven experience in
synthesizing requirements and applying them
in demonstrated project activities.

Ability to
set priorities, meet critical deadlines
, and produce high-quality and accurate work under time constraints.
Excellent
