Location: Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and driven ASM for the Delhi region to boost sales, build customer relationships, and lead business development. The role requires strong communication, strategic sales skills, and hands-on field experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
• Schedule and lead meetings with potential clients; give product demos and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle complaints or objections.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and service.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales
• Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
