Artwork & Innovation Project Leadership Lead a team of project managers handling packaging, R&D, artwork, and market tracking. Coordinate across innovation, asset management, and data orchestration. Project Execution Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns and packaging rollouts. Track performance, conduct post-launch reviews, and improve processes. Client Management Act as the single point of contact for client relationships. Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met. Build deep partnerships and handle escalations. Team Development Mentor and coach teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability. Operational Excellence Manage team capacity, timelines, and budgets. Optimize day-to-day operations. Reporting & Strategy Monitor project metrics, report outcomes, and recommend improvements. Deliver transformation ideas for business growth and efficiency.
